Viernes - we woke up early today, got breakfast ready, it was funny that Genesis and Matthew were trying to help me prep it. Genesis and Matthew ate a hearty breakfast, we then proceeded to start our routine of cleaning up the rooms and play with their toys.
The psycho fish is still around, he swims like there's no tomorrow.
Not much happened today, the progression of the website design is going real well, at night I was able to finish up some scripts that will be part of the .index page. I also worked on some sketches that will later be added to some wallpapers I am working on. C/S - S.S.

Today I was supposed to run an errand, but was not able to do so. Matt and Gen seemed a bit under the weather.

Well, we are down to one fish - but the surviving fish is a psycho. It sees me bringing food and it will turn on its belly, or speed under its "floating weed..." the poor guy is a survivor but is out of his mind.

I am considering purchasing a hamster for a pet but first, there is a LOT OF WORK to do at home. After the kids had their daily baths, Matt and I had spent some time sword fighting, he always gets to play with this He-Man sword while I get the Jedi lightsaber. It was real fun. Karla was sort of tired, tomorrow will be a long day for her.

Today was very productive in regards to my web art, I created a set of toons I will be using for the site, including a brand new logo, started the interface for the new family site, completed some work on the Salazarium Store, the art that goes with the stuff, also checked a CSS for my site that, created the entire structure for the site and made some index additions, still missing links, graphics, and content, until next time. Wednesday - breakfast was remarkable today, I got the kids ready, gave them a shower and prepped them for a visit to grandma's house. Today was a tought day, as I keep on searching for a job, man the market is saturated and tight. I am searching and keeping my faith, God will provide for me and my family.
Today I also got a sad report from the BAR Association about my lawyer, he is being sued by the D.A. - some interesting stuff going on there.
Well, on a cool note, I was able to complete some "Doodles" as I'm calling some of my 'toons these days and finally broke through a mental wall I've had for a long time: Coloring. While using a powerful graphics piece of software I was able to color, perform some shading and even using the burn tool. I even got to complete the gif that will become the official logo for Salarey Productions.
By the way I am also working on another BLOG based on my experience with el Atico de la Biblia. Karla and the Children came home a bit late, the children were real tired, we ate dinner, I prepared a couple of espressos, and talked a bit. All in all, it was a good day. C/S - S.S.

Tuesday - The kids slept in, it was marvelous 'cause I had time to send some e-mails and continue my job search. Genesis woke up feeling a bit under the weather. Matt followed about a half hour later. whew! the fishes are still alive and happily circling their tank.
Made a ton of phone calls today, as we are looking for an adequate school for the children. Made time to talk to Tia Vilma, she moves me in a way that nobody else can and I thank God for her. She tells me Susanita and Gaby were glad about the stuff we bought them while in Disneyland, they also made time to view the digital pictures I included in VHS Format.
Today I reinforced on the children the understanding of squares, triangles, circles, lines and curvy lines. Matt practiced cartooning and Genesis writing her name. They are learning so fast and so many things.

Monday- Today was an interesting day, specially because the kids and I witnessed the slow passing of another one of our fishes. Matt was specially sad and I explained to him about mortality. We had a solemn burial around the toilet bowl (this time no TAPS was played.) - We thought on Sunday the kids wouldn't notice the passing of the previous fish ( we had four, now we're down to two.) but they did! - kids have the memory of an elephant.
Another event is that my Grandma decided to call a friend from her church to give her a ride for her doctor check-up, I was very upset, she was supposed to have called me.
It's around 9:30 p.m. and the kids decided they couldn't sleep, got up and Genesis pulled out her barbies and played with them. Matt just cozied up with his Mama -- me? I'm here writing today's blog.

Sunday - Today the kids returned from their overnight stay at my Mom's. They were real glad to see me and I was too. Unfortunately I have bad news for them, one of their new fishes died overnight, I found it just floating on the surface, tried to save it but it was a goner.
On a happier note, my cousin Laura arrived safely at San Salvador, the kids were telling me all about her being at the airport and how they helped her carry stuff. It's always nice to see my dear prima (even though she is my tía.) Karla was also telling me that they took all kinds of digital pictures, which I'm currently reviewing and cataloging.
On our coffee table (which we bought because it's sturdy and low so the kids can play and paint on it) we have a "Hot Wheels" race track, which I put away, the kids haven't played with their castles in almost a month. They are having a time of their lives.
